A learning journey around organic and agroecological production.
The “Latin American Organic Route” is an audiovisual proposal, produced by Agromapu Business, which collects experiences and knowledge of the agroecological and organic agricultural sector in Latin America, through a tour of the north of Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, Salvador, and Costa Rica.
Rodrigo Rojas Cheuquenao, Founder of Agro Mapu Business, in his tour of Latin America interviews producers, researchers, certifiers, and public officials, who work in the production, marketing, and promotion of said sector.
In this first episode, the “Latin American Organic Route” begins in the commune of Colchane, in the Tarapacá Region, where Rojas Cheuquenao talks with producers from the Juira Marka Indigenous Association who have developed innovative organic quinoa products.
In addition, you will learn how a plaza is used as a demonstration module for growing quinoa, and much more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFu3An9j3pk
